About Nick Gies

Nick Gies, BSc.Kin, CSCS, is a private sector Performance Coach in Calgary, AB, Canada. He has worked with numerous high-level athletes including NHL Draft picks, CFL athletes, and UFC fighters, and has extensive experience with youth development. Nick has also worked with gen pop clientele and rehabilitation populations. Seeking to ensure young Canadian athletes receive the best training during their developmental years, he co-founded Chestermere Speed School in early 2020 to provide elite grass-roots athletic training for young and developing athletes. He is completing his Professional Doctorate of Elite Performance through the University of Central Lancashire under John Kiely.
