Ryan Cotter

About Ryan Cotter

Ryan Cotter is the Head of Performance for the Real Salt Lake Academy, as well as an Assistant Performance Coach with Real Salt Lake. Previously, Ryan served as a Strength and Conditioning Coach with the New York Red Bulls. Before New York, Ryan was as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach with the University of Maryland, working with their soccer, lacrosse, and gymnastics teams.

He has an M.S. in Exercise Physiology from the University of Utah, and a B.A. in Exercise Science from Hope College.
