Jon Hughes has been a sprint, hurdle, and jumps coach at the NCAA DI level for the last eight years. He started as a volunteer assistant track coach at Baylor University from 2014–2017 and spent 5.5 years at The University of Tulsa, where he coached athletes to over 50 Top-Ten University marks, five school records, and 18 All-Conference Performances. He has a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Fitness from The University of Missouri and a master’s from Baylor University in Sport Pedagogy. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and competed in track and field at The University of Missouri.
