About Arianna Hoffman

Arianna Hoffman is a Division I Strength and Conditioning coach and a personal trainer who specializes in assessing movement. She is passionate about understanding why people experience pain throughout the body and seeks to help them overcome their chronic injuries and ailments. Arianna has a Master's in Exercise Science and has trained hundreds of clients ranging from young children to professional athletes to elderly populations with Alzheimer's disease.

Arianna is also a published author and has contributed to popular fitness websites such as T-Nation and Muscle & Strength, as well as her personal blog. She bases her approach to fitness on a combination of scientific-based principles and her practical experience with clients.
