
Zackary Ceci
Zackary Ceci is a dedicated sports performance professional specializing in the integration of sports science, strength and conditioning, and athlete development. Currently serving as the Director of Sports Science for Tulsa Football and Track, Ceci oversees GPS data analysis, designs individualized mobility programs, and coordinates with the head strength coach on all aspects of return to play and athlete readiness . He also leads middle-distance and long jump athletes in the weight room while mentoring aspiring coaches through a structured internship program.
Prior to his role at Tulsa, Ceci was an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Florida Atlantic University, working with football and diving athletes. While at Florida Atlantic he oversaw the mobility program for Football as well as assisted in return to play protocols. His expertise includes utilizing advanced performance technologies such as Catapult, Dartfish, Force Decks, Vmax, and Elite Form to optimize athlete performance and recovery.
A two-time graduate of Florida Atlantic University with both a Master’s and Bachelor’s in Exercise Science as well as a PHD candidate, Ceci blends evidence-based methods with practical coaching experience. His background also includes leading “Soft Tissue School” workshops to enhance performance and recovery, along with certifications in RMP Level 2, CSCS, and pending CPSS.
