Sean Davy

About Sean Davy

Sean Davy was born into the game. Raised first in NYC and later in Lithonia, GA, he grew up surrounded by McDonald’s All-Americans and future pros, chasing a standard few could touch. His own playing career was brief, but the hunger to excel never left—he wanted to play Division I, reach the NBA, and make a name among the greats.

That relentless drive became fuel for his journey as a coach and developer, turning his self-taught training into a method to build players from the ground up. Sean’s hybrid approach merges intense skills training with strength and conditioning, anchored by an obsession with elevating mindset and habits. This path led to founding Brick by Brick Performance Training, a company committed to human performance, and earning the role of head coach for Action Sports Academy’s post-grad program. He also brings his intensity to the sidelines with Redline Basketball Club on the UA Circuit, where he pushes players to meet the high standards he’s always chased.

Alongside his coaching, Sean hosts the BXB Podcast, sharing principles of high performance with athletes, coaches, and leaders. Each episode invites listeners to learn, improve, and embrace the journey to greatness—one brick at a time.

Sean’s vision is to establish a facility based on his hybrid model, where both athletes and the general population can adopt a balanced, high-performance approach to life. This space would empower people to integrate a lifestyle and workout regimen that allows them to excel both in their careers and in fitness. Sean also aims to continue coaching at the highest level possible, constantly pursuing excellence on and off the court.
