Jake Schuster is a strength and conditioning coach and sports scientist who has worked in the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand across a variety of sports. With a focus on speed and power, Jake has published three papers thus far on his mission to help share best practices across the field. While locating Jake can sometimes be difficult, you can see his ongoing work in the sprinting of Andre Ewers, who most recently raced to the semifinals of the IAAF World Championships in Doha under the guidance of Coach Ricky Argro.
