Erik Little has been a coach in track and field for several decades, having started as a runner who gravitated to jumps and decathlon. He has encouraged coaching and educator development in performance and prevention formats, first in Canada and then in the U.K. Specializing in medball work, locomotive jumps and plyometrics, and body work conditioning, Erik has presented at coaching forums, specialist workshops, and teacher education sessions since his initial coaching experiences. He is also an illustrator, producing anatomical and sequence drawings for wall charts, coaching manuals, and books. At present, he is working on a new system of dynamic posture for sport preparation and injury prevention.
