Eric Lichter is the Co-Founder of Plus 2 University Speed Training in Columbus, Ohio. He is the former Director of Football Performance for The Ohio State University Buckeyes (2006–2012) and has trained more than 30 first-round NFL and NBA draft picks while in the private sector. He also trained Heisman Trophy winners Ron Dayne and Troy Smith and Jim Thorpe Award recipients Malcolm Jenkins and Coby Bryant. Eric specializes in NFL draft preparation and 40-yard dash training and has developed elite sprinters in track and field.
