Brett Bartholomew
Brett Bartholomew is a strength and conditioning coach, author, and consultant, and founder of the performance coaching and consulting company, The Bridge Human Performance®. His experience includes working with elite athletes both in the team environment and private sector, as well as members of the United States Special Forces. Taken together, Brett has coached a diverse range of athletes from across 23 sports worldwide, at levels ranging from youth athletes to UFC champions. He is also the vice president of the non-profit organization, Movement2Be, which helps kids in underserved communities learn more about the benefits of play, movement, and physical training.
His book, Conscious Coaching: The Art and Science of Building Buy-In (Amazon), achieved “Best Seller” status in the categories of “Sport Coaching” (#1) and “Business/Money” (#8) ,and was ranked on the “Amazon Top 100 Books Overall” list.
Brett is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), where he holds both CSCS*D and RSCC*D distinctions. He is a proud graduate of Kansas State University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, and Southern Illinois University-Carbondale, where he obtained a Master of Science in Education in exercise science with an emphasis on motor behavior, cueing, and attentional focus in human performance.
