Brady Poppinga played in the NFL for nearly a decade (six years with the Green Bay Packers, one year with the Rams, and one year with the Dallas Cowboys to finish out his career). Brady was part of the Green Bay Packers’ Super Bowl winning team in 2010. Since retiring, he has taken his experience with performance training throughout his football career and applied it to inventing a new weightlifting machine called the XPT. Brady currently owns and operates Customized Fitness Systems, a full-service fitness equipment distribution company in the greater Los Angeles California area.
