About Bill Miller

Bill is a certified strength and conditioning specialist based out of the Chicagoland area. He’s trained mostly baseball players, from the youth ages all the way to the MLB level. He’s also written three books: Swing Fast, Throw Fast, and, most recently, Testing Is Training. The books cover power development for rotational power and much more!
