Nate Baukol is in his 14th season as the University of North Dakota's Director of Strength and Conditioning and 18th overall at UND. In May of 2015, he was named a Master Strength and Conditioning Coach by the CSCCa, which is the highest honor in his profession.
He oversees a full-time staff of four assistant coaches and the year-round training of UND's 15 sports. He works directly with the football and women's basketball programs that made the full transition from Division II to Division I during his tenure. Baukol served as an assistant strength and conditioning coach at UND from 2002 to 2005 before taking a similar position at the University of Wyoming in May 2006.
