Melissa Mercado
Melissa is the Tactical Manager at TeamBuildr and General Manager of TeamBuildr Practice. She’s been with the company for one year and brings over five years of experience as a Tactical Strength and Conditioning Coach.
Originally from Fredericksburg, Virginia, Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science from Radford University and a Master of Science from Liberty University. Her career began with internships at Radford, VCU, and Clemson, and she has worked at Marine Corps Base Quantico, Wounded Warrior Battalion-East, and the School of Infantry-East.
Melissa now lives in Tampa, Florida. Outside of work, she enjoys sunrise runs, discovering new coffee shops, lifting heavy, walking her dog Wyatt, and cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers and Clemson Tigers.
