Matt took over as Iron Neck CEO in 2015, after serving 10 years in the U.S. Air Force. He spent five years as a financial manager, earned his MBA from the University of Texas, and finished his Air Force career as a professor in the Department of Management at USAFA. He played two years of Division II football in college and has five years of high school football coaching experience. Matt is committed to improving athlete safety in sports at all levels and general fitness for everyone
