Cliff Spiller is the Director of Strength and Conditioning for Men’s Basketball at the University of Oregon. For over a decade, he has worked as a strength and conditioning coach and manual therapist with elite athletes in the NBA and NBA G-League. He takes a holistic approach to training by blending traditional strength and power development with movement-based strength training and manual therapy to prevent injury and enhance performance with sport-specific exercises that offer better transfer to the game of basketball. He holds a master’s degree in Exercise Science and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS), Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), and a Fellow of Applied Functional Science (FAFS).
