Adrian Guyer, CSCS, RSCC, USAW 2, CSAC, is a performance coach who owns and operates Xtra Innings Performance, a private training facility in Vermont with a staff of coaches and trainers. They work with athletes of all ages and abilities, whether preparing for a competitive athletic season, recovering from an injury or surgery, or the everyday athlete just looking to move and feel better. They specialize in building more reactive and dynamic athletes who will excel in all physical activities they may encounter in both competitive sport and the sport of life. On top of time spent in the private sector, Guyer has served as a D3 college strength coach and is currently the head strength coach at a local high school, working with all varsity teams.
