Adam Menner is the head of both Basketball Performance and Operations at Varsity House Gym in Orangeburg, New York. Adam has trained more than 50 Division 1, 2, and 3 basketball players. He sees 25-30 teams a year, including basketball, football, soccer, softball, and baseball players. Adam prides himself on spending hours on the gym floor, applying new research and empirical evidence to find what works best with team sport athletes. He has spent over 5,000 hours on the gym floor in the last 2 ½ years.
Adam graduated magna cum laude with a degree in exercise science from Montclair State University. He also has a master’s certificate in business and sports law from Villanova University, and is a certified CSCS and NASM Sports Performance Enhancement Specialist.
